🦚 Sri Subramanya Swamy Krittika Nakshatram Abhishekam
Krittika Nakshatram Abhishekam is a sacred ritual dedicated to Lord Subramanya Swamy (Lord Murugan) on His divine birth star. Performed by traditional Vedic priests at a sanctified temple near holy Tirupati (Andhra Pradesh), with personalized family Gotra & Nama Sankalpam, sacred Abhishekam, and Harati to invoke Lord Murugan’s divine grace, courage, and Kuja Dosha relief for your entire family.
What is Krittika Nakshatram Abhishekam?
Krittika Nakshatram (Pleiades) is ruled by Agni Devata (Fire God) and represents the celestial mothers (the six Krittikas) who nurtured the divine infant child of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati—Lord Shanmukha (Subramanya Swamy). Hence, Lord Subramanya is fondly worshipped as Kartikeya.
Every month when the Moon transits Krittika Nakshatram, an immense burst of spiritual courage, protective fire, and divine vitality flows into the cosmos. Performing Abhishekam and Gotra Sankalpam to Lord Subramanya Swamy on this day is celebrated across Vedic scriptures as a sovereign remedy for clearing hurdles, dissolving difficulties, and invoking divine protection and peace.
"Om Tatpurushaya Vidmahe Maha Senaya Dheemahi | Tanno Skandah Prachodayat ||" — Recited continuously during the sacred ritual for supreme victory and divine shield.
