Puja Bookings

Refund eligibility for puja bookings depends on the cancellation timing:

• 48 hours or more before the scheduled puja: Full refund (minus processing fees, if any)
• 24-48 hours before the scheduled puja: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours before the scheduled puja: No refund
• After the puja has been performed: No refund

Hotel Bookings

Hotel booking refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of the respective hotel. Please check the specific cancellation terms at the time of booking. Temples.bio will process refunds according to the hotel's policy, and processing may take 7-14 business days.

Product Purchases (Girivalam Kits, etc.)

For physical products like Girivalam Kits:

• Before shipment: Full refund
• After shipment but before delivery: Refund minus shipping charges
• After delivery: Refund only for damaged or defective products
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

2. Provide reason for cancellation/refund
3. We will review your request within 2-3 business days
4. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
5. Refunds typically take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account

• Customized or personalized items

In cases of natural disasters, temple closures, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include rescheduling or full refunds at our discretion.
