About Gupt Vrindavan Dham
Gupt Vrindavan Dham is a spiritual and cultural center focused on spreading the true meaning of bhakti, culture, and devotion through the teachings of Lord Krishna. Inspired by the vision of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada, the foundation of the Hare Krishna Mandir, Jaipur, was laid in 2009 to uplift society through Krishna consciousness. This Hare Krishna Temple is a cultural complex offering vibrant community gatherings and activities to engage with compassion and devotion in the modern era. Built across a footprint of about 3.5 lakh square feet, this 17-story structure is set to become Rajasthan's biggest temple. Once complete, the temple will house the deities of Sri Sri Krishna Balaram, Sri Sri Radha Shyamsundar, and Sri Sri Gaur-Nitai. The grand complex includes a Vedic exhibition on the story of Gupt Vrindavan, a theatre, an education hall, and a pure sattvic Rasikam restaurant. Architecture & Heritage
Modern Rajputana Vedic Architecture (Foundation laid in 2009; 17-story complex under development)
The temple features a striking 17-story structure with a Rajputana-style dome at its pinnacle and glass-embedded walls. The Mayur Dwar (Peacock Gate) serves as the main entrance, adorned with 108 intricately designed peacocks inspired by Dwarka's temples. Four grand gates — Simha Dwar (Lion Gate), Vyaghra Dwar (Tiger Gate), Hathi Dwar (Elephant Gate), and Ashwa Dwar (Horse Gate) — represent strength and divinity. A grand temple hall spanning over 25,000 square feet will accommodate thousands of devotees, alongside a Krishna Leela Expo showcasing Lord Krishna's pastimes through 3D art and animation, and a Gita exhibition corner.
Deity paraphernalia for Sri Sri Krishna-Balaram, Radha-Shyamsundar and Gaur-Nitai, sacred Vedic texts, fine marble craftsmanship, and the Srila Prabhupada Museum showcasing his life and teachings.
Festivals & Celebrations
Saturday Palki Utsav with a devotional procession, Bhagavad Gita classes, youth and children's programs, celebrations marking the appearance day of various incarnations, and a Sunday feast program featuring special kirtans, spiritual discourse, and prasadam.
Special celebrations during Kartik month (October–November) with elaborate decorations and extended kirtan sessions. Govardhan Puja, along with the Annakut festival, features hundreds of vegetarian preparations.
