Kapila Theertham sits at the foot of the Tirumala hills where a waterfall tumbles directly onto the Shiva Linga below — the only natural waterfall in the entire Tirumala hill range. The setting is genuinely dramatic: rock walls rise on three sides, the water falls year-round, and the sound of it fills the small mandapam. Pilgrims who come to Tirupati for Venkateswara often skip this temple entirely, which means you can have it almost to yourself even on busy days.
