About the June 2026 panchang

This is the Hindu calendar for June 2026, showing the panchang for each day — the tithi (lunar day) and nakshatra (star) at sunrise, along with festivals, vrats and fasting days. All timings are for India (IST), using Hyderabad as the reference city.

Most Hindu observances follow the tithi rather than the English date, so a festival or vrat can shift by a day between regions when a tithi spans or skips a sunrise. Tap any date to open its complete panchangam — sunrise, sunset, Rahu Kalam, Abhijit Muhurat, yoga and karana.

How this is calculated

Timings are computed with the Drik (observational) method using the Lahiri (Chitra-paksha) ayanamsha, for India (IST) with Hyderabad as the reference location. Sunrise- and sunset-based windows — Rahu Kalam, Choghadiya and the muhurtas — are derived from the day's actual sunrise and sunset, so they shift a few minutes by city.
